7 Signs Your Soul May Be Suffering:

  • You find it difficult to appreciate the present moment because you're either focused on a past or future event
  • You feel stuck in an aspect of your life and you don't know how to get yourself unstuck
  • You don't know how to really enjoy life without keeping busy
  • You act like you have most of it together, but on the inside you feel like you're falling apart
  • You are tired and are running out of ways to stay positive
  • Your body and/or mind are starting to show signs of distress
  • Deep down you know something isn't right, but either you can't pinpoint it or you are afraid to acknowledge it

If some of these describe you, you're not alone!

We've all heard of the importance of the mind-body-spirit connection, yet most of us put our spirit, our soul, last - leaving us out of balance and setting us up for pain and suffering. When we are stuck in limiting patterns, we tend to act out in unloving and unhealthy ways, blinded by fear and perhaps doubt, unable to see our unlimited potential. Some times we sail through life unaware of these patterns, until some challenge show up that looks like loss, lack, or limitation. Even though positive thinking and actions are essential, we must first get to the root of our suffering - and that is what Daily Soul Therapy does by directing you where all your answers are, inside of yourself.

Take it from me: Don't wait to nourish your soul until your body starts to show signs of dis-ease!

Long story short- for approximately 3 years, I could feel that something inside of me was going dim, but I justified putting everyone else's needs ahead of my own, so I ignored it. My rationale was that if I could hold out and help everyone else around me heal their own personal wounds, I would then would dedicate my energy to taking care of myself. For a while, I likened and my situation to the movie, the Titanic, specifically to the scene of the steel doors closing to seal off the flooded compartments, fatally trapping many of the workers. I thought of myself as the man who as was waiting to help save as many of the workers as he could before slipping himself under the door at the very last minute. Like the man in the movie, I was determined to hold out as long as I could to help those around me, but in the meantime, I was placing my entire being at great risk. As my life was literally hitting rock bottom, I could feel that which was dimming was actually in the process of dying. I vividly remember crying and saying aloud that I could feel my soul dying, and now looking back, I was dead-on accurate!  Unfortunately, with all that I had allowed myself to endure, it came to no surprise that my health became compromised.  My intention here is not to focus on my health, which I am in the process of healing, nor is it to place blame. I take full responsibility for neglecting my own needs, and I now realize that I have no business in forcing someone to heal. Everyone will heal when and if they want to, and the best thing I can do for everyone is to heal myself.

The purpose of bringing up my story is to underscore the importance of taking care of your soul. Our soul provides us with the vital life force energy that is needed to drive all parts of our body, including our mind. Please don't wait for your situation to go from bad to worse before you start giving your precious soul the loving nourishment that it needs. The mind-body-soul connection is a real, and your soul needs tending to just as much as your mind and body.

What makes Daily Soul Therapy different from others?

First of all, this group is open to anyone & is totally FREE with no hidden up-sells. Also, I believe in simplicity, and as long as I get the results I am looking for, I am a do-it-yourselfer. The purpose of Daily Soul Therapy is to strengthen and nourish your soul on a daily basis by providing you with spiritual and scientific truths for you to contemplate. Contemplating these truths not only allows you to "check in" with your soul, but it also allows you to assess how active your destructive Ego really is.

Daily Soul Therapy consists of that which has been most helpful to me in strengthening my own soul in my now almost 10-year spiritual journey. These  daily posts are statements or quotes mostly made by highly credible both spiritual and scientific teachers, such as the Dalai Lama, Eckhart Tolle,  Abraham-Hicks,  Rick Hansen, Ph.D., Gregg Braden, Dr. Bruce Lipton, and Dr. Joe Dispenza. The content provided in the DST posts  has been proven that if practiced or believed can help to bring about spiritual peace and enlightening - true nourishment for the soul! 🙂

So how does Daily Soul Therapy lead to spiritual peace and enlightening?  Actually, all it takes is 3-steps:

Step 1: Read & Evaluate the DST post.

Preferably early in your day, read the post on the Daily Soul Therapy Page on Facebook, and then decide if you agree or disagree with it. Then, in your own private personal space, determine whether or not it brings about any resistance within you. Resistance is evidence that your Ego is in charge and is often in the form of disagreement.

Please note that this is not meant to be a forum in which people "agree to disagree." Daily Spiritual Therapy is personal and not negative at all. It is intended for internal reflection only. Of course, you are encouraged to share your comments, but because negative ones will only strengthen the Ego, they won't be allowed ... and we are here for the Soul only! If a post strikes a nerve with you, then look inward and ask why it affects you the way it does. If you have a legit question, that's different. DST is a breeding ground for positivity only. 🙂

Step 2:  Take Action.

If you agree with the post, find ways to apply it throughout the rest of your day. You are also encouraged to deeply reflect on the post, uncovering how it can help nourish your soul. Keep in mind that the content of all the DST posts are in your soul's best interest, and if you find meaning in them and apply them to your life, they will help your soul. All DST posts will either help you to regain your personal power, practice non-resistance, encourage forgiveness, help you to let go or let be, make you less co-dependent, break free from pain and resentment, create new positive neural connections, or anything else that would help nourish your soul.

If you disagree with the post, recognize that your Ego understands that it will no longer be in control if your soul takes the lead, so it will make a convincing argument for you to disagree or find an exception. Your Ego will also encourage you to look outside of yourself for the answer as to why you think the post is not true. As it forms what may appear to be a convincing argument, keep in mind that if you continue to look for answers outside of yourself, you will be relinquishing your own personal power while compromising your immune system and strengthening the negative neural connections that support your limiting  beliefs - true poison for the soul and body! 🙁

If you are in disagreement with the post, the goal is to look inward only to discover why you disagree. Whenever your attention is directed outside of yourself, for example to a specific event or person, do all that you can to keep your attention inward. A good question to ask yourself is, "Why does this bother me so?  What does that say about me?"  Keep digging and keep your attention focused inward.  Your soul needs you to find the answers within while your Ego will try to evoke blame to someone or something on the outside in order to keep you victimized.

I also want to mention for those who find journaling therapeutic, you can also work through the DST content on paper. If journaling is beneficial to you, I recommend dedicating  your journal specifically to your Daily Soul Therapy as a way to keep you motivated each day.  Journaling is also an excellent way to keep a record of your growth.

Another way to dig deep for internal answers is to use Tapping to help you uncover the root to any resistance. Tapping involves talking through situations while physically tapping on key meridian points on your body. Tapping is successful because it calms the Sympathetic Nervous System and allows you to work through issues of your past with mental clarity. For more information on Tapping, check out Nick Ortner's, The Tapping Solution. Nick's approach to Tapping is easy to follow and has helped me immensely.

Step 3: Help Others.

We're all in this together, and we're all connected, so we should help others in their quest for peace and happiness. One way that you can help others can be sharing  specific DST posts that resonate most with you - that's what I'm doing by offering this program. By helping others, not only do you nourish your soul, but you also help nourish other souls, making this beautiful world more peaceful and loving. 🙂

If you're interested in Daily Soul Therapy,  just follow my page Daily Soul Therapy on Facebook, and you will see the DST Postings. It's that simple!

Again, this is a totally FREE program and contains no hidden catches, promise.
